Booking Workshops and Peformances
Drum Roots aims to match your expectations to create events that are enjoyable and remembered by all. When booking, we will ask you questions to gain a complete picture of what you want to gain from the workshop or performance. Your booking is unqiue and Drum Roots will work to ensure we tailor the expereince to meet your needs, so please consider....
- Reasons for booking the workshop/performance - community event, school initiative, personal celebration, business conference?
- What you'd like to achieve or issues you wish to address - for example, we can provide an innovative way of addressing social exclusion, self-esteem, bullying etc.
- Is the space you've booked suitable for a workshop or performance?
- The age group we'll be working with and their needs (for example, some workshop leaders are more experienced at working with children with Autism)
- If booking a workshop, is there a specific method (music, singing, dance) you want to use?
- Do you want to book a day, week or ongoing project sessions?

To help us process your booking more efficiently, please complete the form in as much detail as possible. In order to do this you may need to:
- refer to the 'workshop' section of our website to find out about the types of workshops we can organise (up to 4 workshops per day, 1 session/class at a time)
- refer to the 'performance' section to find out about Tanante (professional band with dancers)
- Return the completed form to Drum Roots by email
we will then contact you to finalise all arrangements and send you a contract of confirmation.
Dates of Bookings
Drum Roots prioritise bookings on a first come, first served basis. Please note that during busy periods, bookings may take up to 4 weeks to confirm.
